Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. NG Digital does not directly receive or store full payment-card numbers through this website.

Order records

Checkout, customer, fulfillment, and product-customization details are stored in NG Digital' Cloudflare-hosted order database so orders can be prepared, supported, and documented. Payment-card details remain with Stripe.

How information is used

Information is used to process orders, confirm compatibility, create custom designs, communicate with customers, arrange shipping, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain required business records.

Service providers

Information may be shared with providers necessary to operate the website and fulfill orders, such as payment processors, website hosting providers, email providers, and shipping carriers.

Retention and security

Order information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, legal or tax obligations, and business records. NG Digital uses access controls and service-provider security features intended to protect this information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
