Shipping Policy

Processing time

Most ready-to-order 3D-printed products are made after purchase. The estimated production time is listed on each product page and begins after payment is completed. Custom products may require additional design, fitment, testing, or approval time.

U.S. shipping

Shipping within the United States is included in the displayed product price. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. Delivery estimates begin after production is completed and do not include the manufacturing period.

Delays and tracking

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and incorrect addresses may affect delivery. Tracking information will be provided when available. Contact ngservice2026@gmail.com if a tracked package appears lost or damaged.

Address changes

Contact NG Digital immediately if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot be changed after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
